At the Forney Library, located in the magnificent Hôtel de Sens (private mansion built in the 15th century), the exhibition "Nourrir Paris" allowed us to understand how Paris became the capital of gastronomy. Through photographs, films, advertising posters or everyday objects, we have tackled issues related to the past and present: the origin and the routing of food, sustainable development, short circuits and local products, street food or the contribution of migration.

Thank you very much Alfons (student at the school) who made very beautiful pictures this week again!
