While attending French courses at our school you will also learn French outside the classroom. We organize many activities in order for you to meet French-speaking people and to discover France differently.
Intensive course activities
If you enrol for the intensive French course, you can benefit from cultural activities organized carefully by our team. Each one of them is an integral part of the program and is prepared by the teachers in order to offer interesting facts and information.
On Thursday afternoons, a teacher will to take you to discover Paris: not typical sightseeing trips (Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, etc), sites which everyone can visit on their own. Rather, we will take you to unusual destinations or places which present a particular cultural significance and are inaccessible to individuals.
.jpg) It can consist of a district visit (covered streets of the 9th district, the Latin Quarter …) or an exhibition.
We also offer theatre and cinema evenings, according to current events in Paris. At last, thanks to wine and cheese testing, we hope to make your taste everything that our country has the best to offer.
All cultural activities organized by the school are free of charge. Nevetheless, for those organized outside the school, the fees do not include entrance tickets to sites.
Activities open to all
A computer room is at all students’ disposal inside the Ecole Suisse Internationale (during the opening hours) with a free access to Internet.
With one of our teacher, in addition to the classes, you can benefit from our library. It will be for you the opportunity to read all sorts of French literature, newspapers and magazines.
From time to time, we offer longer excursions lasting one day or one week-end. This can led you to the Mont Saint Michel, to the Loire castles as well as Versailles or Giverny.
With a very limited contribution, you can take the occasion to discover other areas of France.
