General conditions

To send the registration form implies your acceptance of all our conditions.

Registration and School Fees
If you wish to register, please fill in the attached form. On receiving and accepting it, we will send you a confirmation and an invoice with our bank account numbers. Euro cheques or foreign bank cheques, as well as bank transfers are subject to significant commission charges which are added to normal fees. We do not accept any payment by credit card.
The fees must be paid in Euros at least one month before the beginning of the course. Any enrolment certificate (necessary to obtain a visa) will be sent before receiving the course payment (or a copy of the transfer order from the bank for all late registration).

Refund
For any cancellation notified more than four weeks before the beginning of the course, we refund the amount paid less a deduction of 150 € for expenses.
For any cancellation notified less than four weeks before the beginning of the course, no refund will be paid for short courses (less than 4 weeks); any refund for the first four weeks for long courses.
All requests for a refund must be made in writing to the management of the École Suisse Internationale with the address of the bank account to credit.

Insurance
We recommend that you take out insurance for cancellation. Our school is not responsible for theft, accidents, illness etc. Therefore we recommend you to take out a private insurance.
